DO NOT RENT
I've lived here for a little under a year, and the amount of crime, mismanagement, and lack of courtesy is insane. If you have an issue, be prepared to defend yourself as you will be to blame.
There are never enough visitor spots, and 3 people have died on/near this property. The pool is never opened despite showing it off so much. These apartments were constructed a long time ago and haven't been updated. Current management will cheap out whenever they can. The old team was easy to coordinate... and talk to, but this new team is not.

So nice and friendly
Been living here for about six months and have had a few maintenance issues. All of which have been taken care of right away. Every time I speak with the manager, Ms Moses, she is so friendly and kind. She always makes me feel assured that everything will be taken of and it always is.

Don’t Rent
I have lived here for 3 years. Parked my car in the same lot for 3 YEARS. I recently had my windshield replaced and tried several times to get in touch with management to replace my parking sticker. This morning my car was towed to the tune of $250. Management doesn’t care about the residents. DON’T RENT HERE. Find a place that’s actually managed well.
