The best staff

The nicest maintenance team I have ever encountered - I have lived in 6 different apartment complexes over the past few years in my 20/30’s. Truly the most thoughtful/ caring team… even helped me drive over and bring up a heavy boxed mattress to my unit after seeing me struggle in the mail room

6 month update

6 month update on living here and it's been a wonderful experience.
The place is brand new and the people working here are amazing.
Just had an incident with the dish washer . They came in the very next day to check it and when they realized they needed to replace it . Darius,Paul and Terri had it ordered and setup within 2 days.
The leasing office is super friendly and helpful too.

Marlowe Place is Amazing

The maintenance crew at my housing complex consistently delivers prompt and efficient solutions to any issues, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. The front desk workers are unfailingly courteous and go above and beyond to assist with any concerns. Their commitment to excellent service has truly enhanced my stay.

What an amazing Gem!

Marlowe Place at 1226 Bexton St, Charlotte NC is an absolute gem! I flew in from New York specifically to tour this property, and let me tell you, it was worth every mile. From the moment I arrived, I knew it was the perfect fit for me.

The property manager was simply wonderful, offering thorough insights and making the entire process seamless. The staff I had the pleasure of meeting during the tour were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, adding a personal touch to the experience.

The... amenities listed were not only as promised but exceeded my expectations. The facilities were impeccably clean, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the location is truly a convenience hub. Being close to all necessary resources made it an ideal spot, offering both comfort and accessibility.
