I always enjoy living here since all of these palms been here, I believe the staircase and vestibule needs to be clean but other than that, I enjoy living here

Living at Parkwood Apartments has been a frustrating experience overall. While the location is convenient and the exterior of the property looks decent, there are several ongoing issues that have made it difficult to enjoy living here.

I'm only here one day amd already my bathroom sink is stopped up the water won't go down. And there is no hot water in the apartment. I haven't been able to shower since I moved in. I have outlet receptacles that don't work and a faulty thermostat (unless I need to be taught how to operate it) .... this is all after a very, very confusing and redundant on boarding process to get in this unit. Overall NOT a good experience at all.
