Pavilion at UC

The office and maintenance staff are very nice. The property is clean and in a good location close to UNC campus. I’ll recommend this property.

Slow maintenance (I've had to ask multiple times for the same maintenance issue), property looks nothing like the photos, very poorly constructed buildings and the gym is tiny. It's an okay place to live I guess but should cost hundreds less for the quality of the apartments and amenities.

Take my advice and do not move here they have roaches and they have it bad! From the office to the website you think it’s great apartments but DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would

I have been living here for almost years and can say once they got bought out the whole places change. Whenever I put in a maintained request there is no way for me to see what was done or to tack the progress it just gets closed out. It look them 4 months to finally remove the charge of my renters insurance since I have outside insurance. The office is slow at getting things done, maybe they have to wait on cooperate but its very annoying. Many of times I will not get a notification from the… package lockers that my package has arrived when the carrier says it has. Then I go to the office to have them check and they say nothing is there, then a month later they will text me saying I have a package. Also we have had roaches in our apartment for 2 months. Pest control only comes every 2&4 Wednesday so if I missed the week I have to wait even longer. When they finally did spray the first time nothing happened. I requested it be sprayed again and this time again the roaches are back. Also the office will randomly be closed in the middle of the week with less than 24 hour notice. The first year after my downstairs neighbors moved out they had smoked in their apartment(which I could smell in my apartment) . They busted all the windows out of the apartment, left the door unlocked and had it sit like that for over a month. Eventually they boarded it up with some plywood that did not dully keep the window closed. Lastly they have 2 big shipping container taking up the majority of the visitor spots in front of the apartment causing my guest to have to walk really far just to come visit me. Overall if I had not have gotten a good rent price 3 years ago and only had it go up slightly I would bounce. But now I have seen the prices they charge and its not worth it, the apartments are not that nice or renovated. Read More
