Poor service. Flooding costs and contractor damage were blamed on us due to lack of records. Always document in writing!

Initially, communication was positive, but over time it became more difficult.

In my final month, I was charged an additional $450 that I believe was a billing error. When I requested a correction, I was told the refund would only be processed together with the security deposit after lease completion.

At move-out, additional charges were also added. I provided photos and documentation showing the damage appeared to be caused during maintenance/repair work, but in my opinion this was not... taken into consideration and the charges were still applied.

In my opinion, billing mistakes and disputed damages should be reviewed and resolved promptly rather than requiring tenants to wait months.

I’m a simple person who loves to read my book on the balcony or poolside. It’s a beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet. It even gives you the option to be apart of the community with the resident events. I never drive my car because I’m surrounded my Whole Foods and dollar stores. All I’m walking distance! I have no complaints. Chef kiss.

I chose this place for the huge floorplans and great amenities. No one else gives their residents a Top Golf pass! There are amenities for everyone. Also, the team is great. The office is very helpful and the new maintenance team rocks. Thanks guys!

THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN, ONLY LIVE ON THE 3RD FLOOR!!!

Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE because the walls are super thin. You can hear people walk upstairs all day, listen to their conversations, and hear everytime they vacuum their floors or use their washing machine. If you put your head to the wall, you can easily hear your next door neighbors full conversations. I can hear the person who lives above me use the bathroom ( flushing toilet) snoring at night and walking around... their apartment all day.

I knew a friend that lived in the building and they moved out, but when I went to vist their apartment in the same complex, I was shocked that it's not just me experiencing this noise problem. I really thought I was the only one until my friend complained to me that their family has been living through the thin walls and poor installation conditions in the building for almost 12 months ( I wish they would of told me this before I signed my lease).

I can't believe that they built this building so cheap. It looks beautiful from the outside, but once you sign your lease and you spend a night, you will be shocked at how thin the walls are.

They have poor security service. I talked to the one security guard that I randomly see and he told me that the apartment complex doesn't employ a full-time in house/ on property guard. He told me that has 6 other building that he also patrols. If there was an emergency which there's always noise and vandalism, it would take him 20min to get here. I called the security company to verify what the security guard told me and the manager said that it's true, the apartment complex chose not to have a full in house security guard on post all day, but rather chose the cheaper option of having one officer make a routine check every hour.

I'm now looking for another place to live... who wants to live in a building and hear your neighbors every footsteps and conversations. Who wants to hear dogs barking 6 doors down from your unit because the walls are so thin.
