Minimal natural light. Carpet I was told the carpet was new. The carpet is in fact NOT new. It’s obviously worn and has matted fibers.

The apartment is very lovely but does not have adequate lighting. It’s very dark inside. I have to turn on my lights during the day which drives up energy costs. The front door does not have a peep hole.
