Sycamore Station

My initial review of this management company was completely wrong. After dealing with them for months, I’ve seen firsthand how poorly things are actually handled. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unbelievable.

Specifically, April has failed for months to remove an incorrect charge from my account despite multiple conversations and promises to address it. Every time I follow up, it’s another excuse, another delay, or complete silence. Meanwhile, residents are expected to... pay on time and uphold their responsibilities while management apparently operates with zero urgency or professionalism.

Communication is terrible, follow-through is nonexistent, and customer service feels more like avoidance than assistance. It’s frustrating having to repeatedly chase down an issue that should have been resolved long ago.

I genuinely tried to give this management company the benefit of the doubt, but experience has shown otherwise. If you’re considering living here, pay close attention to how management handles problems once you’ve already signed the lease — because that’s when the real experience begins. Read More

I moved here two years ago and I love the apartment! I have met the staff of Denise, Jonathan and Jesse. They are very nice and professional quality people! Wayne is very professional as the a part of the maintenance Crew! I would definitely recommend Sycamore Station Apartments as a place to stay!

I applied for these apartments 2 years ago I paid an application fee and sent pay stubs. was told I was number 20 on the wait list for a 3 bedroom. They continuously pushed the move in date back for 2 years I called and emailed almost every month and was given the run around. Someone told me last year I had to pay a collection off on my credit I paid it same day with proof and no one would ever email me back or answer despite repeated voicemails and emails then skipped over me and moved other... ppl in when management changed over. Was approved 3 times over a year ago, they kept pushing the move-in dates back, yet ran my credit report 3 times! Went up on the rent amount an extra $200 after about 6 months of me being on the waiting list. Lied about me being over the income limit and denied me after being approved THREE times, same income. Very disorganized management company and very unprofessional. Do not rent here!
