It’s been really great, we’ve enjoyed the time we have been here, community really chill and over all I like this place. Also as a resident here I think the manager and people at the office are really nice, I like how they are really flexible with you, always trying to help me with all my questions and everything

It's good community to live.Maintance service is is easy.and gets any time.I suggest this is so good option for those who are looking for a good apartment. Moreover we get access to Harris teeter Pauline mall Indian grocery store and it is near to my school too., Calm and friendly atmosphere. I love very much to live here.

Been here for almost 3 years. The area is still quiet for the most part. Alot of tenants come and go, so it depends on the company they keep. The grounds are kept clean, except for when the trash compactor is out of service, and trash is left spilling out into the drop off area. I understand things break down, but it's definitely eyesore since it's at the entrance to the community. Hopefully the presence of someone in the leasing office has gotten better. I haven't needed to contact them on... awhile, but hopefully someone is in there if I ever do need them.

I have been here for 2 years. This apartment location is great for me. The grounds are well maintained and the pool (salt water) is a great place for my son and me. They have a grill at the pool that is easy to use. The residents are nice and respectful. The leasing staff is always friendly (Stephnie especially). I would recommend these apartments to any and everyone.
