stay away

This is a ridiculous society. With very very rude management.. Water problem, roach problem.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOCIETY....

Love it here!

I was able to get a renovated unit and it is gorgeous! All of my friends and coWorkers are interested in moving here bc they love my apartment. The ladies in the leasing office, Marilyn and Stephanie, go above and beyond with answering questions and assisting with anything I need. Maintenance (James) has responded to my requests quickly and efficiently. Moving here has been a wonderful experience and one of the best decisions I’ve made.

HORRIBLE

Signed my lease last year and it was the worst year!!! The property is horribly messy trash is always everywhere. They tell you cable & wifi is included it isn’t! Water is included but it’s always off due to “maintenance” issues. Plus it’s no cold water only warm & scolding hot. Took 9 months for pest control to come! Work orders mean nothing! Dasmen is horrible! Mya is new & she’s awesome but the residential company is the worst! They don’t respond to calls or emails! I would not recommend this... property

Grounds Keeping

Grounds Keeping is horrible.

Management allows tenants to leave trash outside their doors which leaks and causes rodents, bugs and stray animals.

Grounds are not kept clean . It is trash everywhere.

I would not recommend anyone to move here.
I am so EMBARRASSED To have company for they would have to walk over trash, bottles, food etc..in the stairways. I am so angry and upset. Office staff should walk around and check the property.
