I have worked and lived here at Amelia Village and it is so nice. The landscaping is beautiful through all seasons, everyone is so friendly, and the apartment is huge and I love the natural light from the windows.

Apartment that puts renters first!
I lived at Amelia a year and loved it. The units are spacious and the neighborhood peaceful. Unfortunately, when I renewed my lease, a neighbor moved in that smoked. I had issues from secondhand smoke and Amelia agreed to let me out of the lease. I can't thank them enough. It's nice to know that an apartment complex puts the best interest of the renter above their own. Kudos to Amelia for doing the right thing!

The Best Kept Secret in the Triangle Area!
Amelia Village Apartments, located in Clayton, NC, offer the quiet, small town charm of living, while also being conveniently minutes away from the city. I've lived at Amelia Village for twelve years, and what started out as a great living experience has gotten even better over the years. The management is key here. They will do a very thorough screening for new applicants, but it pays off in a community that is quiet and respectful of their neighbors. In addition, if you ever have problems or... concerns, they really have a quick ear and a fair turnaround on getting you help. This is really evident with maintenance requests. I've had a handful of issues over the years, nothing too major but, to their staff, every work order is one to attend to as soon as possible. They are courteous, prompt, and very easy to deal with. It's probably cliche, but a proper cliche for a reason: The staff here is like family. They work here, some live here on site, and they truly treat you like a friend, not just another rent check. As if that wasn't enough, the Amelia Village staff helps foster community by hosting seasonal parties. Brings your kids to see Santa in December, and don't forget to bring your sunscreen for their on-site pool parties in the summer! It's the little touches that make the difference. The living experience here is clean and modern. The landscaping is kept up on a regular basis and the area is always beautiful. There are 24 units in a three-story building. I live in a one-bedroom unit on the bottom floor. I have neighbors all around me, two to the respective opposite sides and one on top, but I hardly ever hear them, if at all. People are very quiet and respectful of others here, and yet also quick to smile and wave if you see them out walking about or working out next to you in the fitness center. A happy apartment community fosters happy residents! The Amelia Village staff clearly have that sentiment down in their philosophy, and it's the reason why Amelia Village should be your first stop when researching the Triangle area for your living needs!
