Our 22 unfurnished apartments offer the amenities of a house and the benefits of community, without the crowded conditions of most apartment complexes:

- quiet, respectful, and kind neighbors (all of our residents are folks that we would love to have as next door neighbors ourselves)
Peaceful cul-de-sac duplex community. Our residents are working professionals, Campbell University graduate students (no undergrads), and retirees who enjoy a serene environment. Family run business takes pride in maintaining a neat and tidy neighborhood, with quick response to any maintenance issues taken care of by the owner, who is a General and Electrical Contractor.

Above and Beyond!
My wife and I have been living at Highlander Green Apartments for close to a year and we have loved our time here. Fred and Kit are very helpful and kind landlords.
When we moved in, everything was spotlessly cleaned by Fred and Kit. The neighborhood is very well-maintained, peaceful, and is filled with such friendly people.
The apartments themselves are laid out in a very efficient way that maximizes space, lots of natural light as well. The appliances are modernized and work very well.
I... would highly recommend Highlander Green Apartments to anyone I know.
