If you want to deal with an apartment that was NEVER turned over. Copious amounts of pet hair from the previous tenant painted over. Oven door broke, food spilled in the pantry, microwave not cleaned. In the summer months hope your AC doesn’t stop working cause they won’t come and fix it for several days.

The office staff is incredibly rude and dismissive, especially the manager, Kerilee. The apartment is old, really old. The countertops are basically paper as well as the cabinets. A prior tenant damaged the inside of the cabinet and it's warped and smelly. They paint a strange pale yellow in the apartment and it's over everything, even the blinds.

They didn't clean the apartment and I found sharp metal wire that I stepped on. When I told them, they basically called me a liar.

I moved in with a 14mo lease and when my lease was about to expire, the renewal lease rent price was over 23% higher than what I was currently paying. Well into the 4 digits a month for a 680sqft… No thanks. Found a 2300 sqft home for only $200 more than that.
When you move out (because you will), pay for the apartment cleaning because they charge an ABSURD AMOUNT for cleaning individual items and they will find a reason to “clean” some items. $15 for laundry room, $25 for a stove (when we… already cleaned it) quickly adds up past the amount it would have cost to pay for the cleaning.
Also, you’re forced into a $70/mo for internet you HAVE to pay through them with no way out.
Also, there’s an obnoxious loud exhaust car than revs up his engine for literally 10min when leaving or coming back (at late hours) that you can hear throughout the entire complex.
Other than that, the maintenance staff was really nice and persistent with getting issues solved.

sign your lease at all the fees they tell you they have when you move out, but you brush past it thinking that they just want to make sure the place is great for the next tenant.

14 months later, I get a move out statement that has me replacing a whole new carpet. Mind you, the carpet was totally clean and there were no odors. Apparently they lift up the carpet after every move, no matter how clean the carpet looks at the top. This was never told to me prior to signing a lease. Totally… predatory. They also charged me for a whole new $75 blind that was already broken when I moved in. I was charged over $1000 at move out.

Yes, we are in the middle of a pandemic. Yes, I am finding a whole new apartment in a new city and have to pay first months rent at the same time they are asking me for $1000. I have never lived anywhere where they replace the entire carpet for stains UNDERNEATH the carpet.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE TRUE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU RIDICULOUS FEES AT MOVE OUT. Have a lawyer on retainer because apparently they have no problem going to court.
