best of luck

we all seem to like the amenities and community. but some apartments are solid others are falling apart at the seams. if you really want to do it you should probably go for the top floor.

Disappointing

It's June 23 and the pool has not been open all year. Initially the office reported it would be open Memorial Day weekend. This is the Carolinas, we don't wait until Memorial Day like up north to open pools, every other pool around was open 2-3 weeks prior to Memorial Day. However, the pool didn't open, and now it's late June and we're still waiting. The office continues to give no information other than "we had a problem and now it's fixed, we're just waiting to pass inspection and it'll be… open". They've been saying that for 3 weeks and we still have no pool or no idea when it'll be open.
The TV's in the fitness center haven't worked since the new mgmt took over last August.
Dog poop everywhere because the bag stations are consistently out of bags.
My 1 BR apt was vacant for 2 months when I was out of town, I unplugged everything except for fridge and stove, turned off heat/AC unit, and my electric bill was still $60 each month even though nothing was on.
Foyer and steps area never gets cleaned.
Did I mention, it's late June and we've had 7 weeks of 80-100 degree weather and we still have no pool?

Love Living Here!

I chose this property because it had everything we wanted: great location, a big dog park, a pool, fitness center, washer and dryer hookups, and a safe environment. After living here for a couple of weeks, I can say I am so impressed with the quality of the apartment, the AMAZING pool, the great Amazon Hub, and everything this complex has to offer. I feel safe walking my dog at night and love that it is so quiet here yet close to everything. The Caravelle model that I am in is so spacious and… has a unique layout that makes it feel open and not like other "cookie cutter" apartments. Also- the staff is great here (Beth gave us a wonderful tour and Ryan answered all of our questions before moving in).

I have been living at bexley harborside for about one year now since I have been here everything has been great the maintenance at the facility is fantastic. Im proud to have company over my place for dinner. the staff at the club house (heather Kara ) are very hands on the pool is always spotless and inviting and the BBG area always clean and ready to go thanks to Anthony always maintaining the building and the out side area I give harborside at bexley 5 star ...... amazing

AMAZING. My fiance and I only left this place to be closer to work. We had a great experience from start to finish. Move in was simple and easy. Maintenance is friendly and very quick to fix anything. Grounds are well kept, safe, and clean. All office staff are polite and helpful. Prices are fair. Move out was a simple and pleasant experience. Definitely recommend to anyone. Surrounding community is quiet and safe. Lots of places close by for shopping and dining.
