My neighbors are friendly and I feel like I live in a community not just an apartment building made up of strangers. The staff is great! They are friendly and responsive and I enjoy my interactions with them. You can tell that they really care about the neighborhood.

I moved here from MD and my first community contact was with Cheryl who was Wonderful! She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and diligent throughout the leasing process. She went above and beyond to make sure that my move-in experience was a good one, and Derrick from maintenance added to the overall positive experience. The location couldn't be any better, everything is so close! I love my new apartment and community.

Fairways is a great community in a fantastic area of Huntersville. The size of the apartment and balcony are highly desirable. The apartment staff is very friendly and accommodating.
