The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and two dishwashers. It is stocked with cookware, serving ware, BBQ utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar, and creamer. A starter basket of snacks and a guidebook with local recommendations welcome you. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the home. The dedicated game room features a Pac-Man arcade, foosball table, and a variety of board games for all ages. Whether you're gaming, streaming, or unwinding, there’s always something to enjoy.
Guests have access to garage parking and an EV charger, ensuring convenience for electric vehicle owners. Off-street parking is available for up to 6 cars. We welcome dogs only for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. The pool requires a lot of electricity to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 plus tax. This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. The pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March.

No adhesives on walls, such as tape or hooks, are allowed to prevent damage. Glitter is not permitted as it is difficult to clean and can damage surfaces. Corolla is home to midges, tiny seasonal bugs that are harmless but can appear in large numbers. To keep them out, keep doors closed and turn off outdoor lights at night. Snakes from the nearby marsh can occasionally be spotted. If you see one, contact us immediately for removal. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Only park in designated areas: garage and driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Max 7 vehicles allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
