The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and 2 dishwashers. It is stocked with cookware, serving ware, BBQ utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar, and creamer. A starter basket of snacks and a guidebook with local recommendations welcome you. Seven beautifully furnished bedrooms provide a serene retreat for all guests, featuring luxurious linens, smart TVs, closets, luggage racks, and bedside tables. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the home, and a dedicated game room with a Pac-Man arcade, foosball table, and a variety of board games for all ages.
We welcome dogs only for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if any waste beyond hair is found. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 plus tax, and it must be booked and paid for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March. The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate with no additional charge.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and no dogs are allowed in the pool. Only park in designated areas: garage and driveway, as street parking is not permitted. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
