This four-story coastal retreat offers thoughtfully designed spaces for both relaxation and entertainment. The open-concept living areas feature plush seating, high ceilings, and large windows showcasing stunning Currituck Sound views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and two dishwashers. It is stocked with cookware, serving ware, BBQ utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar, and creamer. A starter basket of snacks and a guidebook with local recommendations welcome you.
Guests have access to garage parking and an EV charger, ensuring convenience for electric vehicle owners. Off-street parking is available for up to six cars. We welcome dogs only for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if any waste beyond hair is found. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $100 plus tax, and must be booked and paid for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March.
