The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a brand-new fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and two dishwashers. It comes fully stocked with serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine with pods, sugar, and creamer. Seven well-appointed bedrooms provide tranquil, private spaces to unwind, each with an attached private bathroom. Entertainment options abound with Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 may be charged for waste beyond hair. The pool is closed seasonally from November 1st to April 1st. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and barking should be minimized to avoid neighbor complaints. Only park in designated areas, with a maximum of six vehicles allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
