This apartment boasts spacious living areas with plush seating and a gourmet kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a brand-new fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and two dishwashers. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine. Seven well-appointed bedrooms, each with an attached private bathroom, comfortably sleep 16 guests with six luxurious king-size beds and four cozy twin bunks. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $200 per pet per stay, with additional cleaning fees if necessary. A stand-up paddle board is available for rent at $200 per stay. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $75 and requires advance booking. Our pool is closed seasonally from November to April.

The pool is closed seasonally from November 1st to April 1st. Corolla is home to midges and snakes; while midges are harmless, we recommend keeping doors closed to minimize their presence indoors. If you notice a snake on the property, contact us for removal. Check-in is seamless with door code access provided two days before arrival. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, with a 24-hour emergency line for urgent issues. Pets should not be left unattended as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.
