Child-friendly amenities include a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware. Enjoy the private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities. Relax by the fire pit with a sitting area or in the hot tub overlooking the lake.
This home is pet-friendly with a two-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season.

The fireplaces in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
