A game room containing shuffleboard, foosball, and air hockey coupled with three televisions, and a lower level patio with a heated pool, hot tub, and covered seating area enhance your stay. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are available, along with a private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks, and life jackets. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. Due to safety concerns, the kitchenette grill and sink are not operable for guests. There is a flat top griddle for use outside for all your grilling needs. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season.
