The back of the home is located off a main road, so you may hear occasional traffic noise, particularly during peak hours. For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with Ring cameras on the exterior—no cameras are placed inside the home. A noise monitoring device is installed inside to ensure respectful guest behavior and neighborhood compliance. It does not record conversations—only volume levels.
