Easy process to apply and sign lease. Foye and others were responsive to our questions and mostly accommodating of our needs. Some ambiguity in terms of utilities and technology package in the process.

The 810 Ninth Street Apartments are the best of both worlds - well maintained apartments and walking distance to lots of amenities. Huge variety of restaurants are nearby also. The apartments are quiet even though the location is on Ninth Street. If you have a car - parking is in the garage under the building, not outside.

Maintenance is speedy, the amenities are fantastic, and the staff is friendly. I think the layout and size of my apartment is also great for the price point. I've absolutely loved living here!

I enjoy the comprehensive internet service, which includes both Spetrum WiFi and Spectrum Cable TV, and both services are with speedy and stable (unless under extreme weather) quality.
