Don’t recommend
I would not recommend living here. I’ve only been living here for a week and my heat stopped working. I put in a maintenance request to help fix the issue and they said that they wouldn’t be able to come to fix my heat (in the winter) because it’s not an emergency unless the temperature drops below 58 degrees on the thermostat. It will be 35 degrees tonight and I am without heat.

I came across this apartment after making the wrong turn. I toured with Alec he was so warm and welcoming. I've been away from Durham for over 6 years and the city is completely different. The application process was flawless, he answered all my questions, the property is BEAUTIFUL and I'm so excited about being HOME again! Thank you Alec for everything
