I have lived at Avana 55Twelve for 13 years. The location is excellent. The community is awesome and always clean and neat. The business office staff and the maintenance staff are one of a kind; the best in the business. I am truly glad I made the decision to live at Avana 55Twelve 13 years ago. It was the right decision back then and still is today.

Good place to live if you have a family or pets. Staff are kind and attentive, they have always helped when I called. Maintenance was always quick and responsive.
