Avana 55Twelve is a friendly community. It is conveniently located near shopping, schools and major transportation modes - highway air and public transportation. The property is well landscaped and maintained. Maintenance staff and leasing office personnel are two of the features of the community that I appreciate the most. Amenities (pool, fitness centers leisure areas are excellent. The community staff does a remarkable of creating opportunities to develop a sens of community among residents... of all ages.
