Not Accommodating
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I pay a lot of money for a two bedroom, two bathroom and part of my reason for choosing this place was they allowed and noted I would have two vehicles on my lease. They have now changed their parking situation requiring passes but only will issue one pass and a guest pass, allowing me to not reasonably accommodate guests such as my girlfriend who visits a few times per week. We will now have to be worried about being towed if the office is closed and can’t issue a... temporary guest pass in addition to already being worried about all the homeless people that walk by the property off of Capital Blvd when she comes over. The apartments are cheaply built and you can hear every step from people living above you and all the traffic from Capital and 540.
I will most definitely not be renewing my lease after this idiotic new management rule. I would recommend you look for a more safer, quieter community.

Alta Town Center Review
Living at Alta Town Center has been a truly positive experience. The community is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. I especially want to recognize the professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency of the maintenance team—Chris and Rodney. Their recent work in my bathroom was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. They were timely, neat, and respectful, ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard while keeping the space clean... throughout the process.
It’s clear that the staff here take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents. From day-to-day maintenance to the overall environment, Alta Town Center stands out as a place that prioritizes quality service and comfort. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run place to call home.
