Haven at Research Triangle Park

Moving from out of state was scary having not seen in person but I am beyond happy with my home! The finishes are amazing and staff has been wonderful Stevie and Toni made it so easy. I can't wait to be here for years to come (:

We moved in around May 2025 and upon moving in nothing had been fixed up like they said would be done before we even moved in. Tub drain is rusty and disgusting, so baths are out of the question (shower only), there is a broken window in the bedroom upstairs that was assured to us would be fixed BEFORE we moved in and to this day, we still can't get anyone out to fix it. Maintenance says it's not something they do so they check the ticket as complete and we're still left with that cracked window... . Took forever to get someone to clean out the gutters so every time it rained we were getting soaked coming in and out of our apartment with filthy gutter water. A phrase you hear often is "that's not in our budget' which is crazy given the price we pay in rent--but what's even more crazy is the fee situation.
You get put into the rent plus program upon coming in which is a extra 9 dollars, they charge you multiple utilities fees and water fee BUT you don't get any of that through them. Crazy I'm paying Duke and Durham for my utilities and water AND an apartment place that doesn't provide that in the rent. So why are we paying those fees with Haven? We regret signing our lease every day and this experience has just been miserable from start to finish.
The original ladies that were in the office when we signed convinced us to sign a longer lease 'cause it would be cheaper for the luxury apartment' but all that did was get us stuck at Haven in misery. Even though you have a grace period to pay rent (5 days) they stick a lovely little note on your door after the first day rent is due basically threatening to kick you out and take you to court as if the grace period means nothing which only stresses you out.
The floors are cheap fake wood so cleaning them is a pain. We were moved into an apartment that was dirty on the outside. Webs everywhere on the windows leaving us to clean them if we wanted to open the window for fresh air, gutters full, old, rusted on the bottom.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HAVEN TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT.
The only parts that look luxury are the leasing office (go figure), the common area where they host community events (how that's in the budget but getting stuff right for the tenants livigng space is beyond me), and the pool and gym area. Read More

The actual apartments aren't bad, and I unfortunately wasted money applying here.

They said they would get back to me, but never did. Very disappointed in the management.

Upon arriving on to the property I noticed a huge and rather disgusting pile of trash spilling out of the garage, old furniture and a plethora of boxes. I found that to be insane giving that you must pay a $37 trash fee each month. Also the staff aren't pleasant or welcoming. Lady that gave me the tour was very standoffish, and made me feel as if I was bothering her by my presence. She didn't offer or even bother to show me any of the amenities. Didn't properly invite me in her office for my... scheduled tour. She proceeded to talk to me while she was sitting in her office and I was standing in the middle of the lobby. She literally only took me to the model apartment and stood at the front door the whole time. I traveled from out state for a day and was excited to view this apartment specifically as it was #1 on my list, was even prepared to apply and pay months in advance the day of my SCHEDULED tour because I loved the actual apartment and the layout however, the trash and the lack of professionalism and hospitality I will be continuing my search. The people in the office are super friendly. The grounds are really pretty, they obviously have Professional landscapers here often. The townhome I saw was really pretty and had a nice layout.
