Nice apartment, staff are friendly. Good location. Had some roaches when I moved in but after a spray they’re gone now. Staff answers all my questions. Also needed my dryer replaced and it was no hassle.

It has been great here! Very quiet and secluded. Maintenance takes care of issues very quickly. People are also nice! Love the amenities. The apartment too has all that I need.

We understand how upsetting and frustrating that experience can be. While crime can unfortunately occur... anywhere and is not specific to one area, the safety and peace of mind of our residents is very important to us. We encourage residents to report any incidents to local authorities and notify our office so we can remain aware and continue working with our community partners.

I believe it's been about 5-6 years that we've been in this community and it's mostly been positive. Some issues in our previous apartment but otherwise we've been happy. Staff and maintenance are always great. Sometimes you have ups and downs sharing a community with so many other people but the good mostly outweighs any negatives. We're still happy to call Republic Flats home.
