I’ve recently renewed my lease at Whetstone Apartments for another year. Not just because of its proximity to my workplace but also because of its amenities and the cleanliness of its areas. The corridors are regularly cleaned. The parking area is a covered space and I feel it’s a safer area compared to the first apartment I’ve stayed before. The maintenance team responds immediately within the day or a day after I made my online request.

I’m so happy with this apartment! Mariah was amazing, she guided us every step of the way, from the application process to moving in, and was always friendly and approachable. The apartment itself is fantastic, with great amenities like a gym and a swimming pool, all well-maintained. The location is perfect, right across from Durham bus station, which makes getting around so easy. Honestly, I feel like I got my money’s worth. Huge thanks to Mariah and the whole team for making everything such a... smooth and enjoyable experience!
