For each pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Current vet records showing dogs age, weight, and breed along with photos will need to be provided.

Applicants must have a 650 credit score with no prior evictions. Verifiable income will also need to be provided (check stubs, LES, award letters) 3x the monthly rent amount. Deposits are non-refundable if applicant cancels.
