ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES

I have now encountered seven cockroaches over approximately five weeks, including four within this past week alone, with two of them being tonight. The sightings have included both adult and juvenile roaches, and I have photos documenting several of them. All of them were found alive.

Do not recommend bad maintenance

Living in Hidden Creek started well, but after staff changes, my experience declined. The sole maintenance worker, Richard, is unprofessional, ignores repairs, gossips, and has harassed me over trash and working on my car. His behavior is unprofessional and hostile, making my stay uncomfortable. Avoid this place until he’s gone.

Awesome service

Jamie you was extremely accommodating thought out the whole process. I was very pleased and would recommend because of the customer service I received. Would give 5 stars . Awesome service. Felt safe and welcoming atmosphere. The property was well kept and was inviting. Ground was well cutt and clean. Pool area nice and clean as well. Jamie show me an Amazon hub I had never seen before. Fitness center was clean and well kept. 5 stars

Not a place worth living

This is a gated community but the gate is always broken and they keep it open most of the day. A bad spider problem and was told they can’t do anything about it. Was told when I first moved in that the gym was 24 hours, since I moved in the gym is only open during business hours. Maintenance half way fix any issues in the apartment. Pool is never open and its only open for three months out of the year. Never notify residence when they’re going to close the pool and I was paying an instructor to… come teach so that was it’s inconvenient for me and my instructor. Put in a Complaint to the office and no one ever contacted me about it. The apartments are outdated. No real storage space in the apartments.
