Great Place to Live!

I lived at Ultris Patriot Park from JUN 2019 to JUN 2021, and I loved every minute of it. The staff was great; very supportive. If ever I needed anything to be fixed in the apartment, the maintenance team was very supportive and quick to resolve it. Shout out to Normi and the team. I would highly recommend living here, especially with the new cosmetic improvements that the are in the process of making (i.e., newly-paved parking lots, new paint, etc.)

Best place ever

I have lived here for 4 years. Hands down the best apartment living ever. Normie is the best! Maintenance is the best! In the beginning I had issues with dog poop but that is no longer an issue. 10 mins to Bragg through Honeycutt gate. The only thing that I would suggest is to have meet and greets often. Other than that I’m happy to call Ultris Patriot Park home!

Where’s the 6th star?

My friends should have listened to me when I told them to apply for my vacant apartment since I bought a house. Patriot Park met and exceed every expectation and it couldn’t have been better. Amanda and Normi know what great resident service is all about. 6 Stars for me. ******

This place is amazing!!!

The customer service that I received was amazing. Normy was the best. She helped me through the entire process. I mean she was great. She had everything I need it (furnished apartment)ready in a matter of two days, which is great because I am coming from another state and didn’t have a place to stay. I’m very grateful that I found these apartments. Thank you so much for the easy transition.

RENTER

I have been privileged to live in this development & I can truly say that I love living here. The staff has been courteous to me, punctual with task they agreed to complete, and they have valued me as a tenant. I am grateful to God to live in a nice place with a quiet environment among staff that cares. I feel like i'm among family. Thank you Patriot Park for caring for your tenants and keeping the grounds clean---cleanliness is close to my heart.
