Bradford Cary

I have lived in The Bradford since October 2025. Unlike some of the other reviews I saw, I am so happy here that I just signed a lease for a second year. I rent a studio and just love it!! It is very spacious and feels like a one bedroom. This building is so soundproof that I NEVER hear anything coming from my neighbors unit. I have lived in other apartments throughout my lifetime and this is by far the most peaceful I have ever lived in. The apartment grounds are immaculate and Maintenance... is prompt. I have never had roaches. I hate bugs and if that was the case, I would never have signed the lease for a second year. I had a friend visit from out of town a couple of days ago and she felt like she was on vacation here with all the great amenities. The ladies in the office are wonderful and so helpful. This review is not about the maintenance staff The maintenance staff here has been amazing. I'm writing this review about the roaches in my apartment last year during spring and summer. Also there seems to be roaches all over this apartment complex. During the winter storm that hit here in January 2026, there has been several busted water pipes in people's homes. Found out from some residence here that years ago water pipes have busted in peoples homes many years ago when a winter storm hit.

I was in town last week and had to find an apartment that day. I had an appointment to see these and, after being kept waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time, I left. No explanation from them about the delay, and they were not busy at all. I was basically ignored. If I am not a priority when I am looking to become a resident, what would it be like if I actually lived there?

Roaches everywhere, garbage everywhere, a/c turned off in hallway, paper thin walls so you can hear neighbor snoring or people walking above you. The indoor pools (there are three) only worked for 1 ½ weeks the entire year I lived at this place. Management always has some excuse of a “missing part” but it doesn’t take that long to fix anything unless you’re doing it on purpose. A/c is only “broken” during summer. Elevator “missing a part”, sorry it’s broken. We can’t fix anything you ever... need fixed in your apartment because we’re “missing a part”. Huh? Isn’t this your job?

This property has a lot of issues. Mold, ants, horrible maintenance people, pushy lying managers, and more. Don’t rent here.
