Summerlyn Cottages

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I can say this place has been amazing! I work in the military and the commute couldn’t be better!
All maintenance issues get solved QUICKLY! Ms.King is such a saint! She’s extremely patient and puts the tenants needs first!
If I could stay here for the rest of my time in North Carolina I WOULD!
No pest problem! Very pet friendly
Very peaceful area and never had any issue with neighbors. Everyone respects each others privacy.

Ms.king is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very understanding and patient. I was stationed in Germnay and she went above and beyond to help me find a apartment at their location that fit my needs. she very trustworthy the place looked exactly like she said. She made the hectic pcs house hunting very easy. I have been renting for over ten years and this by far has been the best experience I have ever had and it was all thanks to Ms.King. Place looks great.

Everywhere I've lived has only been places I've stayed. Here, it's home. MS. King has gone and still goes out of her way to ensure my level of peace stands. A blessing from the most High! An instant joy when I see her around, always with a welcoming smile and so very friendly. When she says she will, she delivers every single time. The apartments are very inviting, clean, very well managed, spacious, sufficient parking, and minutes to everything. The community is quiet and very secure. I usually don’t take the time write reviews whether it’s good or bad.. but I haven’t been living here long maybe a few months and I really love it here. It’s quiet, hidden, and clean. Also, Mrs. King is/was very welcoming and did everything she could to get us in my apartment, she’s always so willing to help. She honestly goes way out of her way to help out all the time! 10/10!

Summerlyn has been the best since living in Fayetteville. I lived in 3 other apartments here and the management company Hawthorne has improved this place so much. They even do these cute little events that are always so much fun when were able to go to them. The new manager, Hayley, has been so much help and is very caring about what is going on here.
