BEST PROPERTY IN FAYETTEVILLE!

We moved here in June of 2016. We have been very satisfied with our experience here at The Grove at Park Place. They sponsor activities for the residents every month. They had cookouts, pool parties, breakfasts, and bingo. We look forward to receiving the new calendar each month. Both Rita and Nicole are excellent property managers. We live in walking distance of a cleaners, convenience store, pizza, rice bowl restaurant, fried turkey restaurant, dollar store, barber shop, and Food Lion is… less than a mile away. We just signed a new lease and look forward to living here for many years to come.

Excellent Property Manager

I have lived at the Grove for over a year and I absolutely love it. I think that the property manager Ms. Rita is a wonderful asset to the property. She response quickly to tenants needs and she gives the property a family feeling, and not to mention her property events are the best!

Wonderful!

I have been living at The Grove at Park Place for almost 4 months now and I love it!. The office staff is always friendly and answers any questions I have. Our apartment is beautiful and spacious. The pool is great as well!! Our neighbors our always friendly and welcoming!
