The Villagio

This used to be an amazing place to live, but since Van Metre took over the property in early 2022 everything has gone seriously downhill. Neither the outside grounds nor the inside are kept up. We have had 2 break-ins, once a vehicle and once our interior storage unit, had things stolen, and management doesn't care at all. Awful, rude office staff and to break the lease costs an extra $2500. Avoid at all costs.

The Villagio is honestly the best place to live in Fayetteville! The building is absolutely gorgeous. Everyday when you come home you feel like you’re in a hotel and I love it! There is a movie theatre, pool, a beautiful gym, and a lobby!
All of the residents are nice and keep to themselves.
The owners are super sweet and really care about the residents! It is literally the best place to call home!
Plus the bathrooms are huge and so are the walk-in closets.

Any time I have needed anything repaired I have gotten outstanding services. The technician keeps me informed and there's always a quick turnaround time!!

Me and my husband Recently wedded in February and decided that's our first place together would have to be somewhere where we could not only be comfortable but feel safe & possibly wanted to be permanently when starting a family. I can across The Villagio Apartments and at first sight fell in love with the color coronation and detail. Little did I know what we were in for! We toured the apartment complex where they escorted us through the main entrance that was as extravagant as a five star… hotel! There were big beautiful chandeliers with dining areas, and ever a two row theater! Seriously! Me and my husband were surely close to sold, and the icing on the cake was the beautiful pool area with two cabanas, futuristic grilling ports and a mountainous waterfall at the end of the poolside! We were ready to move it immediately! Now fast forward a month of getting the correct furniture and finding fixtures we realized our 800$ A month one bedroom, one bathroom apartment was already falling apart! How on earth can our beautiful overly priced 800$ a month one bedroom, one bathroom brand spanking new apartment be falling apart!? Not only was our door handle to our apartment not properly installed & extremely loose, our kitchen cabinets had several screw missing! Out cabinet handles were falling off! Our shower nob wasn't secure so our hot & cold water was unpredictable, and to top it all off we found out later the apartment complex was dog friendly in a very gruesome way in the elevator. We notified our maintenance man serval times and he's yet to visit us and at least fix all the loose handles for us.
