Perfect place to call home
From the staff to the apartments, everything is spectacular. Neighbors are friendly and respectful which is what anyone ever hopes for. The staff are quick and responsive and always pleasant to work with; I hope the current staff know how much their work is appreciated!
As an added bonus the location of these apartments is hard to beat, located right next to a huge park that’s well maintained, and then you’re only 5-10 mins away from everything you’d need shopping-wise. I absolutely love... this place and plan on staying here for a while!

Out of state move in
I recently moved from NY to NC with my son and pup. Kent made the transition for me so seamless. He took the time to show me different apartments to make sure I was happy with my long term move. He was very attentive to my time line and situation. I truly love our apartment as well as the Grove community!

Apartment Living Exceeding Expectations
Having been a homeowner for many years, I decided to sell and try a worry-free, maintenance-free lifestyle in my later years. I explored a number of apartment complexes in Arden, Skyland and Fletcher area looking at price, location, safety, cleanliness standards, and overall appeal. I checked all reviews and visited a number of complexes. The staff at Groves was always helpful and pleasant even while I "tire-kicked" and I found myself returning to the Groves more than once. Moved in about a... month ago and so far, I am very pleased with my decision. No place is perfect, and adjustments from a free-standing home to an apartment are necessary. But to date, no regrets. The unit is quiet, the people are friendly, and while rent is high everywhere in this vicinity, I maintain I made a good decision. Would highly recommend the Groves.
