Broken fan fixed I submitted a request through the portal but did not hear anything so I went to Management Office. And once I had a conversation there later that day somebody came and fix the fan perfectly. They were very nice and efficient.

Outstanding Tour and Exceptional Customer Service I had an excellent experience touring Palisades. The community was clean, quiet, and very well maintained, and the apartment layouts were exactly what I was hoping to find.
Matthew was outstanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions during the tour, listened to what I was looking for, and never made me feel rushed. Even after the tour, he has continued to be responsive and helpful whenever I have needed... additional information.
Moving from out of state can be stressful, but Matthew and the team made the process feel easy and welcoming. The tour left a great impression, and I am excited to call Palisades home. Thank you for such a positive experience!
