The second floor boasts an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with water views, a fully stocked kitchen designed for home chefs, and a cozy living room with a 40-inch Smart TV and a gas-burning fireplace. The third bedroom offers a queen and twin bed, and a large in-room library. Entertainment options include a variety of board games and a DVD player with classic movies. Laundry facilities and central air conditioning and heating are available throughout the home.
Parking is available for a total of 6 cars, and a 2-car garage with an EV charger is provided. Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs up to 50 lbs each. Additional cleaning fees apply if pet hair is found on bedding or if waste beyond hair is found.

Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and cleaning up after your pets is your responsibility. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when near water.
