Don't let them fool you
Don't let the corporate marketing fool you; the pricing structure at this complex makes no sense. They are charging excessive rates for tiny 336 sq ft studio layouts, and the 1-bedroom prices are way too high for just 512 sq ft of living space. To make matters worse, the 512 sq ft 1-bedroom units sit directly next to the property dumpster, yet management still forces those specific residents to pay a mandatory monthly valet trash fee. Forcing people to pay a premium trash collection fee when the... dumpster is right outside their front door is ridiculous. Save your money and rent from a complex in Gastonia that actually values its tenants and charges fair market rates.
