Concord Reserve Apartments

I've been staying at Boxwood Villas for about six months, and so far, I've enjoyed staying there. The people in the rental office are really nice, and they work hard to keep the place safe, well-maintained and fair.
The apartment was clean and kept up quite nicely when I first moved in. However, I did not see any other apartments other than the one I am leasing. There is a lot of room both downstairs and upstairs, plenty of cabinet and closet space, and there was a new sink, bath, and stove... installed upon my arrival.
Convenience is also a really big upside for these apartments. It is less than two mines away from the post office, two or three ATMs, plenty of fast food places, the mall, banks and other shopping areas. There is a gated pool and courtyard as well, but no on site laundry facilities.
The only downside I feel is worth mentioning is some of the other tenants in the area; when I first moved in, I did not have a neighbor (and it was quite peaceful), but then about three months ago, new tenants moved into the apartment next to me and caused quite a bit of issues (someone living with them broke into a few other apartments). This was quickly dealt with, and since then, I have not had any issues.
Overall, I am happy with where I am staying at, and plan on renewing my lease. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to live close to the city, but still have a residential community. Read More
