Can't sleep
Been here one month and EVERY day since I've been here, it's noise over my head. Can't sleep! I've reported 4 times. Sounds like they're coming through the roof. I'll NEVER recommend this place!! NEVER

Overpriced
Just moved in. We first moved into a apartment that reeked of cat pee. They then moved us to another unit. Dirty floors, blood on the toilets, dirt in the tub. The unit was dirty. They are way overpriced, and the apartments are okay.

Legacy is absolute TRASH! The residents are just as bad. People have no regard for your property and our vehicles have been hit 5 times in the year that we have lived here. Management says they are going to address this issue and work on trying to make things better and they haven’t done anything. They refuse to get cameras in their parking lots due to “resident privacy” but I bet if it was their cars getting damaged they would be quick to do so. They make sure to squeeze every last penny out of... residents during their move out inspection if there is any damages done to their property but they don’t care about any damages done to our property while it’s sitting in their parking lots.

Best apartment complex in Goldsboro
This apartment has actually won awards! It has a movie theater, pool, dog park, grill area, car center etc! There’s too many to name. I love living here. It is a safe environment for kids of every age and close to everything, even base. BAH also covers the rent. Moving here is very simple and it is a big military community

Nice but overpriced
Legacy is a nice apartment complex,that being said it's way too expensive for the quality of apartment that you get. The location is nice and close to the city or the base. The staff is friendly and repair requests are attended to quickly. The apartments are starting to become outdated especially for how much you pay a month. If you're willing to spend this much month I would recommend looking into renting a full house or buying a house. Also the walls are super thin here. Good luck
