Florence Ridge Apartments

Management sucks and does not listen to community issues when tenants vandalize others property.

I live in a one bedroom apartment just me and my 12 year old chihuahua and LOTS of craft supplies. There are 24 units in all, 10 are one bedroom the rest are two bedrooms. I like my little end unit its quiet, comfortable and affordable for me. All the units were remodeled in 2013, that's when I moved here, and I think I may be the one living here the longest. I am content here I can easily walk to the grocery store, if I had too, and there is a small strip mall with a variety of restaurants... within walking distance also, which comes in handy in winter when roads are bad. I chose the end apartment after looking at a couple others because I saw the little tiny blue flowers growing in the yard that use to grow at my house and I felt like I was at home. I know that sounds corny but my husband died suddenly and I couldn't afford to stay in the house so I had to down size. I know the area and knew it is we a good safe place to be. Read More
