Andover Park

This company is a scam. I moved out August 10, 2024. I paid rent for the full month on the 1st, but prior to that I gave 30days notice (hence the move out date). It is January 28, 2025 and this company has yet to return my prorated rent for the month of August. You literally cannot get in touch with regional managers or offices. It is literally the worse group I have ever rented with. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I have been a resident here for over a year now. Danita at the leasing office is very responsive and kind. Maintenance folks are quick to try and resolve issues. But the community itself is very old and not maintained well. The apartment I stay in has really old appliances that don't work half the time. The management will try and fix it, but won't replace it. The hallways and common areas are never maintained well. Always filled with cobwebs and dirt. Maintenance sits in the shed all day and… doesn't clean any of the property. Dog poop is everywhere, breeze way is disgusting and still hasn't been cleaned in over a year or more. This isn't your place to stay and start a life. Management is a joke and are never here when something is need. When my lease is up I'm going far from this place. DONT DO IT! Read More

I had requested the management to install a bulb/light at the dog park for the residents to be able to use it at night, but this was never addressed, even after multiple requests. I really love my apartment it’s very spacious it’s quiet and the front office is amazing anytime w i have a problem or A concern there are right on it The Maintenance people are amazing as well anytime something is broken or not working in my apartment they right on it I never had a problem Overall the apartment is very amazing
