Literally the worst complex you could ever sign a lease with. When I say all they care about is money, that’s literally it. Not your safety, not your health, nada. I had a order of protection out against one of my roommates (a whole restraining order) but they didn’t feel it was necessary to take her key or change my locks. There’s nothing worse than campus crossing.

Additionally, as we all know COVID19 has changed a lot of the way we’ve been doing things lately. There were 768 reported cases... in Guilford alone at the time of my stay here. That number is even larger now .They thought it was a good idea admits all that to move a stranger into my apartment a month before my lease was up and ignored my email about not being okay with it and wanting to speak with someone above them. Campus Crossing is a nice place to stay for students. Electricity is the only thing not covered in rent. Maintence come pretty fast when requested for. Rent is also a fair price at this specific site. We get free food every other Friday and the people are fairly nice. I would stay for many more years to come.
