Four Seasons Town Homes

Been here three years. First two were ok. But this last one has been hell. Maintenance had to come to fix a drain and left the wall wide open. A wolf rat as big as my foot can't through the wall and it's now living under the dishwasher. Roaches came in too.

I have been here going on 3 years. New management every 2-3 months. Roaches despite getting sprays routinely for over 2 years. The walls are thin. I hear my 6 neighbors and there children all night. Even if you call the police there is nothing done. If you want a parking space....good luck. The pool wasn’t working all last year. Ron , however is the best person there. He is an amazing maintenance man and goes above and beyond. Corporate doesn’t doesn’t care either. I hope you want to get an... increase in rent every year and to be rushed into a new lease 90 days before your old one ends. The manager now, Dustin seems to be a great manager, but he is following people who dropped the ball. I have been trying to switch apartments but was told I needed to pay $300 to do so. I wish I never moved here. The grounds are even crappy. Someone is going to get hurt. Lastly, I hope your neighbors can cook because if not you smell the horrible smells all the time. I lived in the Four Season Townhouses for more than eighteen months now and I love it here. After relocating from New York some eight years ago this has one of the best places that I have lived. The others were more expensive and had many more problems. The apartments are not new or updated but they are well kept. I don't have some of the amenities that I had at other apartments but I have peace of mind now. On first meeting Ms. Peggy I found her friendly and welcoming not like the other... management agents I dealt with in the past. This is my four rental since I moved from New York and I believe I finally found a home at the Four Season Townhomes. My two bedroom apartment is spacious with plenty enough room for my large furniture. I love my private patio, access to a roomy pool and the ground are kept clean and maintained. My neighbors are quiet you don't hear loud music and everyone is friendly but minds their own business.... I never had any problems went reporting any needed repairs Ms. Peggy made sure someone responded quickly to any repairs needed. You would think that because these apartment are old the you would have a roach problem but just like the tenant below I have never had a problem with roaches in my home. The only problem is in the winter it can get a little drafty because of the older windows but properly installating your windows can help alleviate the problem and reduce your heating bill. All in all I think for the price we pay we get a lot of bang for our bucks. i would recommend this place to anyone especially if your middle age looking for a place with a calming atmosphere. I have lived here for 22 years and to me it is by far the best place to live..the maintenance people are by far the most efficient, always completes any repair to the best of their ability in a timely manner, they are always quick to respond to any task given, day or night...the manager, Miss Peggy is by far the best addition to the Koury Corporation, in the past 22 years...now that she is on location, she is always willing to help with any problem that arises...since she is here on site, she... has made this a very quiet, secure place to live...she is very informative...one thing I do admire about Miss Peggy is she will tell it like it is...she doesn't mind letting you know when you have crossed the line as far as abusing parking, keeping automobiles off the property that are not being used, she keeps the complex extremely quiet so you don't have the loud music blaring in the parking lot or in the townhouses she is the best!...if you have a problem, call her, she will get it straightened out pronto...as far as roaches, leaks, being cold in winter, if you have roaches, try keeping your townhouse cleaner, I have lived here 22 years and I have never had a problem with roaches, if you have leaks, call maintenance, they will repair it...they don't lie, they are always willing to do their job, like I said before,,, the BEST Read More

Got roaches? Want water leaks that won't be repaired?Then this is the place to be. The older lady in the office is very rude and the maintenance staff lie about fixing things. If you want headache after headace, roaches, and water everywhere, then this is the place to be. Don't be fooled by the low rent price.
