Ive been a resident for several years. These units are spacious and affordable. That is as good as it gets. The parking lacks enough space for everyone, parking rules are not enforced. Paying tenants are towed but not the guest who consistently park wherever they choose. The grounds are barely kept up with. Trash is always overflowing, breezeways dirty. The property manager is rude and has poor communication. Maintenance lacks and the last person we had barley kept up. This property needs more… than one person. In my opinion. This will be my last year here. I can and will find better housing.

Great location, staff is great. Towing is absurd, even when a neighbor informed driver where I live in the complex.
Would recommend top, 3rd floor. I hear every move of upstairs neighbors as if they are in my apartment.

I have lived at Hanover Terrace for 4 years now and my time here just keep getting better. Management is doing a lot to improve the property, build relationship with residents and have taken great steps to making sure we all feel secure. I love it here

I’ve been here for about four years I believe. I have no issues when I need maintenance. If I need to ask or want to know what’s happening I ask and always get the information I request. Property management and maintenance are good to me. I enjoy living here and really don’t have any complaints.
