dissapointed
the people are great but they take months to fix problems, i been here for a while and my entire restroom has mold :( my eyes burn and so does my nose ive reached out a month ago and still no one has came to fix my problem.. i renewed my lease thinking everything would get fixed but im starting to regret my decision. 3 stars due to the people and area being quiet/calm.

JUST MOVED AND I AM IN LOVE W MY NEW PLACE
This is my first apartment and I love this! I was lucky to get the single little duplex that they only have like 6 of. So no upstairs neighbors lol. YAY! I also have a small back yard. The property manager let me pick my own color before the apartment was fixed for my move in.
I am just super happy with this place.
The only thing I would improve would be a newer stove but either way I love it!

recently moved in
relatively close to the expressway and close to downtown which is where i work. the is a new manager that has made major improvements. they actually fix complaints pretty fast now. the rent is also low compared to other places i looked at.
