Awesome staff and place

Damianna and Rosa was amazingly helpful throughout the whole process of picking out a apartment perfectly for me and help me every step of the way they were very prompt and communicated very well throughout the process with an amazing maintenance supervisor Antonio I'm glad I have a staff that care about the residents if you want a team that cares egacy on elm is the place.

5-Star experience

I’ve had a really great experience living at Legacy on Elm. The community is well-maintained, and the apartments are clean and comfortable.
The management team has been especially helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a big difference.
Overall, it’s been a very positive place to live—quiet, well-kept, and professionally managed. I would definitely recommend Legacy on Elm to anyone looking for a reliable and… comfortable place to call home.
