Legacy on Elm Apartments

I'm currently staying here. They do not do maintenance as they should. You can put in an order and the next day they went in and put it as complete. AC been broke all summer. Bug problem. Office people rarely answers the phone. They open and close the office whenever they feel like it.

I’ve lived here off and on since 2018. In these last few months after having to fight with previous office staff, regional, and getting the city involved, things have been so much better with new staff, management and maintenance. This is the first time since living here where I don’t have to wait 1-3 months to get maintenance requests completed. Even calling the office is not like before where they were screening people’s calls. Office staff are so polite and easy to work with. And that’s all I... really care about. If we the resident s are paying our rent, we should be treated like human beings. I hope things continue to go up from here. Lee mas

I currently live here. And these apartments are the pits. Management has changed 3times and the office staff is horrible and rude. Make you feel like you bothering them but if things were right to begin with. Our rent has gone up so much. That part’s understandable but what’s not is watching people move in and get brand new appliances, cabinets, ceilings and more and pay the same price as you. You can never get anything fixed. It takes months to get repairs. Mold and mildew is horrible.... Neighbors loud noises at all hours of the night. It’s just so….horrible. But at least I have a roof over my head. Lee mas

My sister has lived here for 3 years, and it just keeps getting worse. There is ALWAYS dog poop and giant roaches all over thee steps, hallway, and walk way. She has called about this issue over and over and over. They say they are going to send out notices and never do, but quick to send out a late rent notice. She has to keep boxes stacked in front her door to prevent dogs from pooping on her welcome matt, which has happened 3 times now. This is the worse place to live water pressure sucks,... lights flicker, mold in apartments, they should be shut down! Lee mas
