Be aware
If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
The visitor policy at this complex is beyond unreasonable—it’s borderline predatory. Every single guest has to register each visit and specify exactly how many hours they will be there. Even if they park in clearly marked visitor spots, they STILL have to go through this process every time. It’s excessive, inconvenient, and completely out of touch with real life.
What makes it worse is their partnership with New Era Towing. They constantly patrol... the property looking for any excuse to tow vehicles. If a guest makes even a small mistake in registration, their car is gone. The fees are inconsistent and they only accept cash, which is a huge red flag. On top of that, their staff is rude, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with.
Management claims all of this is for “resident safety” and to control congestion—but that argument falls apart when the front gate has been broken and left wide open for weeks. If safety actually mattered, fixing the gate would be a priority. Instead, it seems like enforcing towing is the real focus.
At this point, the whole system feels like a money grab at the expense of residents and their guests. It creates unnecessary stress and makes visitors feel unwelcome. And seriously—are delivery drivers expected to register every time too? The policy is completely unrealistic.
This is not about safety. It’s about control and collecting towing fees. I would not recommend living here if you expect reasonable policies or basic consideration for residents and their guests.
