My husband and I originally liked living here after we moved here from Ohio. However, after many issues and poor management/service, we cannot wait to move into the house we just bought. It’s a shame because the community is lovely, the area is ideal, and our apartment is adorable. It could be a very lovely place to live.

I've lived at The Madison at Adams Farm for almost 8 yrs and have, thus far, had a lovely experience. Many changes have taken place over the years in the community/apartments but I'm still happy and hope to continue my residency here. Updates to the units were recently made and the enhancements really stand out. I haven't had many maintenance issues which weren't attended to in a timely fashion, so I can't complain. Office management has been helpful and some have gone above and beyond for me... since I'm a senior.
