You don’t want me to give you an honest feedback because it is not good. Adams Farm used to be one of the best communities to live in. Right now, three months in it seems to me that what is projected externally is not the reality internally. Pool is closed all the time, basketball court is unusable and needs to be renovated. Apartments look good superficially but are outdated when it comes to essentials like HVAC. I am hopeful that my experience can improve but as of right now I am very... disappointed.

Thanks for the feedback — I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed. I’ve emailed you directly so we can get to the bottom of the HVAC concern.

We are actively pressure washing and have plans to renovate the basketball court and remaining amenities by... year-end. As for the pool, most closures have been due to resident misuse, but we’re working hard to keep it open and clean.

We’re committed to improving your experience and appreciate the chance to do so.

I have lived at The Madison @Adams Farm for over 7plus years. I love my community, The management is always available. The leasing agents are very professional and helpful. Alot of work has been put into this community to make it a wonderful place to live.. Thanks for all you do
