I’ve lived here for going on 4 years and it used to be the greatest community to be apart of, Then the construction began. It seems as if the workers are dragging their feet and taking way longer than needed. They’re leaving tons of trash and metal scraps behind, which is very nerve wrecking when trying to walk around with a pet. I’ve found nails, razor blades, thc vapes, and even empty “corner baggies” (for drugs) just to name a few of the things left behind.. be on the lookout when you are… actively walking. The mulch by my apartment is so contaminated with trash, metal shavings, wood pieces, and insulation that it needs completely replaced . I love living here, it’s truly been the greatest location and I have no complaints about Shadowood. It’s the perfect place for a working class individual like myself. I am not the type of person to complain, I just adjust and keep moving but I figured I would mention these few things incase no one else has noticed. I’ve spoken with my neighbors about it and we’re pretty disappointed and have gotten together to clean up as much as we can when the workers leave simply because our building is very full of tenants with fur babies.

I have absolutely loved living at Shadowood so far. The apartments are a little old but they never claimed to be otherwise, and everything works perfectly! The office is incredibly friendly and helpful and you can tell they care about you as a person, not just a resident.

I've loved my move-in experience with Shadowood! The leasing office was lovely to work with, and while the units are definitely old everything still works well and the rent is definitely fair for the units.

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review at this time. If things change, perhaps I could. But if my issues are not addressed I will be reviewing this complex with 1 star and positing it everywhere to not recommend anyone live here.
